Yes, all our products are made in small batches, ensuring freshness, hygiene, and authentic homemade taste.
3. Do you use any chemicals or preservatives?
No. Our products are 100% natural and free from harmful chemicals.
Some items may contain minimal natural preservatives for safety — clearly mentioned on the label.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Tracking details are provided within 7 days.
- After receiving the tracking ID, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days.
(Delivery time may vary for remote areas.)
5. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking ID by SMS or WhatsApp, which you can use on the courier company’s tracking page to check the status.
6. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned once opened.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
