4. Orders & Delivery
- Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation.
- Tracking details will be sent within 7 days of your order.
- After receiving the tracking ID, delivery may take up to 7 days.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Summary:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or wrong products.
- A damage claim must be made within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
- Refunds will be issued only after verification.
- No refunds for taste issues or personal preference.

- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 3–5 working days.
