At Amma Naturals, your satisfaction is our priority.
Since we manufacture food products, pickles, spices, and organic items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
To maintain product quality for all our customers, we offer returns and refunds under specific conditions only.
📦 Order Processing & Delivery
- Tracking details will be sent within 7 days from the date of order.
- You will receive your ordered item within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the tracking ID.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, courier delays, or unforeseen logistic issues.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, personal choice, or minor leakage caused by courier handling.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged, wrong, or expired product.
- The packaging is heavily damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is completely leaked or spoiled upon arrival.
Conditions for Return Request:
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear unedited photos or videos of:
- Outer package
- Inner product
- Damage or issue
Requests without proof cannot be processed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only if:
- The product is proven defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return request is approved by our team based on evidence.
Refund Method:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method or UPI within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refunds Not Applicable For:
- Change of mind
- Wrong address provided
- Delay caused by courier service
- Opened or partially used products
- Taste-related complaints
3. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement will be issued when:
- The product is not delivered in good condition
- There is a verified defect or wrong item
Replacement is free of cost if the issue is on our side.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancelled in time:
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
